This Privacy Policy explains how Nazzel ("Nazzel", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our website and application (the "Service"). Nazzel is an AI service that creates faceless short‑form videos and, with your permission, publishes them to your social media accounts. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
- Email address and authentication details you provide when you create an account.
- Billing information (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers).
Content and configuration
- Series settings you choose: niche, language, voice, art style, captions, music, schedule, and posting frequency.
- Scripts, images, voiceovers, and videos generated for you, and any custom prompts or example scripts you submit.
Data from connected social accounts
When you connect TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube via OAuth, we receive only the data covered by the permissions you grant:
- TikTok — basic profile (display name, username) and the ability to upload and publish videos (
user.info.basic,video.upload,video.publish). - Instagram — basic business profile (username) and the ability to publish content (
instagram_business_basic,instagram_business_content_publish). - YouTube — your channel name and the ability to upload videos (
youtube.upload,youtube.readonly).
We store the access and refresh tokens these platforms issue so we can publish on your behalf. We do not read your private messages, contacts, or unrelated account data.
Usage and technical data
- Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and to measure performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create, render, schedule, and publish videos according to your series settings.
- To publish content to the social accounts you have explicitly connected.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service and provide customer support.
- To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To send you service‑related communications.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use data obtained from connected social platforms for advertising or to build user profiles.
3. How We Share Information
We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed to perform their function:
- Social platforms (TikTok, Meta/Instagram, Google/YouTube) — to publish the videos you request.
- AI and media providers (e.g. OpenAI, fal.ai, ElevenLabs) — to generate scripts, images, captions, and voiceovers from your configuration.
- Infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase for database/storage, Railway and Vercel for hosting).
- Payment processors — to handle billing.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Nazzel and its users.
4. Data Retention
We keep your account data, generated content, and social tokens for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a social account, the associated access and refresh tokens are deleted. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Your Rights and Choices
- Disconnect accounts at any time from the Accounts page; this revokes our access and deletes stored tokens.
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us.
- Revoke platform access directly in your TikTok, Instagram, or Google account settings.
- Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under the GDPR or CCPA, including data portability and the right to object to processing.
Deleting your data
To request deletion of your account and all associated data — including any data obtained from connected social platforms — email reda.elbizri@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion". We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
6. Security
We use industry‑standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls on stored tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you through the Service.
